We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following terms:

Conditions for Refunds:

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription payment.

  • Refunds are not available for subsequent renewals or past the 14-day period.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us via email at Brian@pricescoping.com and provide the following information:

  • Your account details (name, email, and subscription plan).

  • A brief explanation of why you're requesting the refund.

We will process your refund no later than 7 business days from the date of your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will not incur any additional fees.

Digital Service Disclaimer:

Since our service is digital, refunds are only available within the first 14 days of purchase. After the 14-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel your subscription after the initial 14 days, you will not receive a refund for the remaining months. However, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancellations After 14 Days:

If you're not fully satisfied with your service and it’s past the 14-day window, we encourage you to reach out. We’ll work with you to ensure that you get the most value from our service. Unfortunately, after 14 days, refunds are no longer available.
